Yes. Freelancers and businesses based in countries restricted under FATF guidelines are not supported. In addition, certain industries such as gambling, betting, and other regulated activities are not allowed. Some services that require specific licenses or regulatory approval may also be restricted.

You onboard contractors with built-in checks, contracts, and tax forms. Then you select and pay one or multiple contractors using your preferred payment method. Ruul acts as the legal counterparty, provides a business-ready invoice you can process easily, and the contractor receives their payout within 1 business day.

Ruul acts as the Agent of Record by becoming the legal counterparty for the payment. This means your company pays Ruul instead of the individual contractor. You receive a business-ready invoice with complete issuer details, while contractor payments are handled with consistent documentation and reduced compliance risk.

Bulk payouts aren't a feature you need to switch on — you can use them whenever you create a new payment from your dashboard. For bulk payouts the commission is always covered by your business and can't be passed on to the contractor. Discounted, volume-based rates are available depending on your payment volume.
